Career HS aviator. Served JO & DH Tours with HS-8; IP with HS-10, 1987-89; privileged to command HS-6 (2002-2006). Final tour as XO, USS TARAWA (LHA-1). 12 years in private industry following retirement; served as Program Manager with General Atomics. Managed two different Predator UAV programs during my tenure. Completed three Masters Degree programs: JHU/SAIS / International Relations & Economics (1993); USNWC / Strategic Studies (1997); SDSU / Homeland Security (2023)
